India Remains on 2nd Rank in ICC ODI Rankings

Indian team got the 2nd place in ICC ODI Rankings after New Zealand lost the 2nd ODI against Australia.

All the best teams are in the race to top the ICC ODI Rankings and the Australia seems to be the best after its performance in the recent series against West Indies and now with the black caps. 3 more matches are remaining if new zealand can win those, now India has no tension of loosing the 2nd spot. New Zealand is right now on 4 place with 114 points just behind South Africa at 117 points.

If New Zealand manage all three ODI wins then they will finish on 120 points, three ahead of currently third placed South Africa.

The 2nd place in the ODI Championship (ICC Rating) at the annual cut-off date means India wins 75,000 dollars in addition to 175,000 dollars which it won for finishing as the number-one Test side.

Australia will receive a 175,000 dollars cheque for its 1st position on the ICC ODI Rating table. Current Top teams in the latest ICC ODI rankings: 1. Australia 2. India 3. South Africa.
